Question about fecal discharge at 30 week.s?

I am 30 weeks pregnant and the last couple of days i’ve had a cloudy white/yellish discharge/membrane in my stool. No blood in my stool and no diahria, not history or hemroids. Have been fairly consistant in my stool during pregnancy – started to become constipated the last couple of weeks but not to the point there it’s painful or has effected my daily dudy.

Slight cramping started around the same time, not sure it it’s related – kind of feels like a menstral cramp/diahria.

Any advice would be great as i’m not really sure whats going on.

It may be what you’ve been eating lately or a change in hormones. Your body chemistry continues to change through-out your pregnancy. As long as you’re feeling alright, I don’t think you should be worried about it. Bring it up next time you go for a check up.
