Although there is plenty of medical research done on hemorrhoids each year, there is still some question over what really counts as a hemorrhoids cause.
The most common theories are based on various actions or conditions causing pressure to be placed on the abdomen which makes the vessels in the anus tissue swell and rupture.
Sometimes these can get so bad that they protrude outside of the anal sphincter and form on the outside, meaning even more pain for the sufferer.
A popular theory of hemorrhoids cause is a poor diet. Spicy foods can affect the digestion of the individual and can cause irritation of the rectal blood vessels.
The knock-on effects of this are a change in bowel movements, either constipation, diarrhea or excessive straining while passing stools, which directly affect the walls of the anus and cause swelling and the start of hemorrhoids. Another hemorrhoids cause is too little fiber in one’s diet, which leads to similar repercussions.
Certain types of people are more likely to get hemroids, such as pilots, weight lifters and pregnant women. All three of these will experience prolonged periods of abdominal straining and excessive pressure on the areas which form hemroids.
The hemorrhoids cause is this strain and pressure forcing the blood vessels within the tissue to swell and rupture, causing bleeding, irritation and even infection.
A less popular theory of hemorrhoids cause is prolonged periods of sitting, where the individual places large amounts of strain on the abdomen over long time periods.
The risk of hemroid can be further increased if the individual is overweight or has genetic issues which can cause more strain than usual on the vessels.
This type of hemorrhoids cause has less proof medically than others, but is still widely regarded as a valid contribution to causing hemroids and tissue damage in the anal canal.
Hemorrhoids can cause a lot of stress, misery and discomfort to the sufferer, but luckily there is also lots of research on what can cure hemroids. Developments in technology mean curing them is not as painful as enduring them once was. Since I started the product, my self-esteem is back! Try it. —> VENAPRORectal Bleeding
